This English page explains how Lazurit structures a preliminary FCL route calculation from China and other Asian origins to Russia. The underlying live tariff database remains the same as on the Russian calculator; an English commercial quotation is prepared after the route and cargo are checked.

Transparent calculation
What the preliminary route total contains
The calculator keeps the main transport components separate so a client can see what changes when the origin port, carrier, destination station or container parameters change.
Base ocean freight in USD.
A positive amount increases the ocean component; a negative amount reduces it.
The combined USD amount is converted to RUB using the displayed exchange rate.
Russian rail transportation to the selected destination station.
Added only when the cargo classification requires mandatory security.
(FI-LO + Drop-off) × exchange rate + rail tariff + applicable rail security.
Container parameters
Weight bands used by the tariff directory
The applicable row is selected from the tariff source. Operational acceptance still depends on the carrier, terminal, equipment and confirmed booking.
Standard 20-foot dry-container band for cargo up to 24 tonnes.
Heavy 20-foot band where the tariff source provides the reinforced / heavy option.
40-foot high-cube band subject to carrier and terminal acceptance.
When an ocean-line invoice is converted from USD to RUB, an additional 2.5% conversion charge may apply to FI-LO and Drop-off. It is not automatically included unless confirmed for the actual carrier invoice.
Before booking
What must still be confirmed for the actual shipment
Reference rates are not a booking confirmation. Lazurit rechecks the commercial and operational conditions for the planned departure date.
Rate validity, carrier space and container availability.
CY / SI cut-off, verified gross mass and documentation deadlines.
Demurrage and detention terms are confirmed from the relevant carrier conditions.
Weighing, inspection, storage, scanning, securing and other actual terminal charges where incurred.
